How It Works

1. Process payroll like usual

2. Save your Serenic Software NaviPayroll payroll paystub file as a PDF

3. Login to your InStaff portal and upload the PDF file containing multiple paystubs

4. InStaff automatically reads, sorts and splits the file into their individual stubs, then delivers the stubs to the correct employee accounts

5. Employees are notified of a new paystub available and can login at anytime to view their complete pay statement history

You can set up employees on InStaff in one of three ways:

For larger companies we recommend setting up employees quickly using a CSV import or our employee updater application if using SQL server based systems. Once employees are set up on the backend, they can be sent invites through email or given access tokens to complete first time account setup on their own.
